All patients, new and returning, are required to place a $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied in full toward your service at your appointment.

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance, especially for popular appointment times. Same-day and next-day slots occasionally open up, so it is worth checking the portal if you need a sooner appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a $50 fee. No-shows are charged a $100 fee. We understand that life happens, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.

Yes. We offer patient financing through Cherry, which allows you to split your treatment cost into manageable monthly payments. Applying takes just a few minutes and does not require a hard credit pull. Ask us about Cherry at your next appointment.

Aesthetic treatments are considered elective and are not covered by insurance. All services are self-pay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Cherry financing.

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase through our online store. They make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion.

Yes, absolutely. A consultation is included with every new appointment. We never proceed with a treatment until you fully understand the options, risks, and expected results and have given your informed consent.
