Stephanie Ramirez, NP, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Co-Owner of Josie Aesthetics, where she combines her passion for aesthetic medicine, wellness, and patient-centered care. With more than a decade of healthcare experience, Stephanie brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, artistry, and compassion to every patient encounter.
She began her career as a Trauma Emergency Department Registered Nurse, serving in both bedside and leadership roles for eight years. Committed to lifelong learning and excellence in patient care, Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with a 3.9 GPA. After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she practiced as a hospitalist while simultaneously pursuing advanced education and training in aesthetic medicine.
For the past four years, Stephanie has specialized in aesthetics, receiving advanced hands-on training from some of the industry’s most respected leaders, including Ginille, NP; Waseem, PA of Aesthetic Intel; Andrea, NP with Allergan; Trish, NP with Versa; and Rachelle, NP with Revance. Her treatment plans center on enhancing natural beauty through evidence-based treatments while empowering patients through education on skincare, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
As a proud first-generation Latina (yo soy Boricua), Stephanie is passionate about representation, exclusivity, education, and helping patients feel confident, seen, and empowered. She believes aesthetic medicine is about more than appearance; it’s about helping individuals feel like the best version of themselves.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her significant other Kody, their dog Lulu, interior design and continuing to grow both personally and professionally while building the vision of Josie Aesthetics.
